One of my ecommerce businesses, Clean Living Market, sold a long list of new and used items. Used jeans were one of the “hottest” selling items. This is the template that I created and used on eBay, Bonanzle, Auctiva, and a few other selling venues. This template made the process of listing jeans very quick and efficient.

All measurements are approximate and are taken with a tape measure with the jeans laying flat.

Description of Measurements

Waist: measured across the top and then doubled to get the waist size (circumference ) – Keep in mind that the measurement for a specific size can vary/be affected by the rise of the pants (the rise determines where the top of the pants falls on the waist or hips)
Rise: measured with a tape measure from the spot on the crotch where the 2 seams meet to the top of the jeans (at the front)
Inseam: measured from the spot on crotch where the seams meet down to the bottom of the leg hem/opening
Bottom leg opening: measured across the bottom of the leg hem/opening

Condition Definitions
NWT/NWOT: Brand NEW Item	Brand new item in perfect condition, not previously worn, not washed by the consumer (may have been prewashed by the manufacturer)
LN: Like New	Like new, has been wore and/or washed but looks new, no visible wear or damage
VGUC: Very Good Used Condition	Very good/excellent used condition, very minimal wear (if any) – would rate this item an “A” in a “school grading system”
GUC: Good Used Condition	Good used condition, minimal wear – would rate this item with a “B” in a “school grading system”
A/FUC: Acceptable/Fair Used Condition	Acceptable/fair used condition, obvious wear, may have a small hole/tear or a small stain, would rate this a “C” in a “school grading system” – SEE above for specific condition description!!!

Payment label

Payment or arrangements is expected within 7 days. Please wait for a combined invoice when making multiple purchases to allow the invoices to be “combined” so you can save money on the shipping charges! A “non-payer” claim will be filed with eBay after 7 days of non-payment so that the item can be released for relisting.

I am offering two methods of shipping for this item: Priority Mail and Priority Mail Flat Rate. The cost of these options will vary and depends on your location. Click on “see details” next to the shipping fee to choose the method that is the least expensive for your location.
Your order will ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment. I do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Priority Mail takes about 3-5 business days for delivery in the U.S. (after it has shipped and depending on your location).
I charge ACTUAL shipping and packaging fees. Shipping/handling charges are calculated by eBay’s shipping calculator which is based on weight, size of package, shipping destination and shipping method.
In accordance with eBay and Paypal requirements, to keep your item safe, I only ship to confirmed addresses (the address on file with eBay and Paypal).
