I took several courses at WomenVenture in 2012. One of those classes was “Pursue Your Passion And Purpose” which I attended from 1/17/2012 – 2/14/2012. Part of the curriculum was a self assessment which included a strengths inventory.
My strengths: organizing (planning and organizing are my dominant strengths), strategizing, problem solving, resourceful, results oriented, detail oriented, reliable, systemizing, responsible, initiating, building rapport, caring, leading/directing, prioritizing, implementing, managing, motivating, mentoring, teaching, training, designing/developing, number aptitude, persuading, presenting, and evaluating.
