I regard customer/client satisfaction as highly important and I am very serious about exceeding customer expectations!

Businesses are built on customer retention. Statistics say that it costs five to seven times more to acquire a new customer than it does to keep a current customer. Not only are happy customers repeat customers, they promote your business. Repeat customers refer 50% more people than one-time customers. Existing customers are an agent’s most valuable resource. Focusing on them creates long-lasting, profitable relationships.

One of my favorite quotes sums up how I feel about relationships in general:
