I have earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®.

The National Association of REALTORS® PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certification enhances the skills of a REALTOR® working with either buyers or sellers. Determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and approaching the pricing assignment from various perspectives.

The course begins by putting the CMA in context on the spectrum of valuation services—which also includes appraisals, automated valuation models (AVMs), and broker price opinions (BPOs). This training is specifically designed to help residential real estate agents and brokers enhance their skills in determining selling and offer prices for properties, creating comparative market analyses (CMAs), and guiding clients through the complexities of valuation.
